Dragon Bone Hill

Injured and ill, Dragon Bone Hill opens with Titus Pym staggering back to the Beluga Fay, only to be warned off. Lander has taken control of the Fay and Governor Henry Salazar is looking for him, because of the slaughter at East Gate. With the Sweating Sickness ravaging the southern districts; with the government wanting him dead or alive; with Lander wanting him dead; with his injuries and fever driving Pym into an hallucinatory state he believes only the northern districts might offer him refuge—if but temporarily. Through a series of misadventures, Titus finds himself in the last place he wanted to be—Dragon Bone Hill. Rescued, from an almost certain death, he is nursed back to health by Dian and Putri Gomez. Titus had saved their lives in Beluga Fay by leaving the storeroom of food, they had discovered, to the women. Now Dian and Putri have returned the favour—though hoping for more.
