Double Danger

Gr 5-8 Lucy Hill's parents have separated, and Lucy's father goes to the West Coast to produce a TV series while Lucy remains in New York with her mother. During a visit to her father, Lucy has the opportunity to play the double for the star of the TV series. Since she is an experienced horsewoman, and this is what the scenes call for, she is perfect for the part. Lucy becomes aware of too many accidents on the set and is determined to find out the cause. In the process, readers are given a fair amount of information on horsemanship, producing a TV series and videotape copying.
