Ainslie McCandless had no idea what she would unleash when she tried to stop her government from using a devastating virus that could not only destroy their enemies, but the rest of us as well. As most well intentioned plans tend to do, this one was turning out to be a colossal failure. She begins a quest to stop what she started, but ends up trapped with other survivors after the virus spreads across county and state lines. As time ticks by, and Ainslie becomes closer to those around her, she fights to decide how much she should tell them about her involvement, Would they help her expose the truth, or would they abandon her? She fears rotting alone in prison, but she also fears what will happen if she stays silent. She witnesses the devastating effects of the virus first hand as she stays silent, paralyzed by fear. She can't bring herself to tell the truth until it becomes too late for many closest to her. How long will she wait to expose what the government has done? And, will there be anyone left for her to tell?
