Diddly Duck and His Goosie Friends

Diddly Duck was just a little duck . He was so tired after playing with the other ducks, so he laid down and went to sleep. When he woke up, there were no other ducks around. Was he scared? You bet he was He heard honking out on the lake so went to find who it was. Just as he got there, the geese were leaving so he flew behind them. Boss Goose was the "head honker" and when he heard Diddly quacking, he went back to see who it was and why he was quacking. He felt sorry for Diddly and helped him with the flight. They decided it was time to rest, so landed on a lake. As soon as they arrived, so did the hunters. Shots rang out and many were hurt, even Boss Goose. Diddly took care of Boss Goose the best he could. Then, he heard quacking. He went to see who it was and it was his family. His Mother took care of Boss Goose and Boss Goose sent the geese on without him as he wasn't able to fly. This proved to be a good thing for Diddly but read on and see what happens
