      This third volume following the adventures of Lusiphur in Amrahlynn, our hero deals with the aftermath of the three wishes granted him by the djinni Anhikiahl. First, the 17th War Duke from the Elvin Highlands hunts down Lusiphur to retrieve Cinlach, the enchanted sword Lusiphur obtained as his first wish. Then, Lusiphur battles the elvin wizard Tenth in an outrageous game of cat and mouse--literally. From there, Lusiphur delves into the depths of his own mind (again, literally) to stop an otherworldly being known as an Ejja from stealing his soul.
