Deliberate Threat

Thanks to an alcoholic, deadbeat father, the warped, beaten and terrorized brain of young Eddie Gross snaps in a quiet, deadly manner. Only he knows what he wants. What he needs. Most satisfying would be a string of high profile murders. Skagit County Deputy, Jesse Crater, gets spun around every which way from Sunday as bodies begin piling up, and clues are few and far between. Amazingly unique guns are identified in murders along a stretch of highway connecting three counties. Crater's county is in the middle, as are most of the bodies. He and his team are on the clock to find the killer before Eddie strikes again. Meanwhile, Eddie Gross is working on the biggest massacre of his young life.
