Death on the Withlacoochee

Death on the Withlacoochee relates the tragic and mysterious disappearance of a fourteen-year-old boy on a remote section of the Withlacoochee River. This cypress lined, alligator infested river flows through the lakes and swamplands of Central Florida. When an artifact hunter dons his scuba gear and uncovers an expensive watch in Blue Spring, it reopens the five-year-old mystery. This newly found clue leads river guide Captain Mike Tracy and Sheriff Buck Stone on different paths to the same conclusion. Mike Tracy fulfills his promise, to the boy's grandparents, with a swift and vengeful justice and Sheriff Stone can only watch.
