Death on the Heath

A wealthy London suburb is no protection against crime for bestselling novelist Geraldine Frayling, with her innate capacity for getting dangerously involved ... again. Gerry Frayling is desperately trying to get fit and beautiful before her wedding to fiance, Bill Bentine, who also happens to be her literary agent. She doesn't get far as her first attempt at jogging is interrupted by a distraught young woman, Annie Scott, who has just discovered a body on Hampstead Heath in North London. Gerry befriends Annie, so when she's found dead in a cubicle in the women's cloakroom at King's Cross railway station, Gerry is determined to uncover the secrets that surround her employers' smart residence in Hampstead. When the bodies start piling up, actors start coming out of the woodwork, and mistaken identities are everywhere, Gerry wishes she hadn't got herself quite so deeply involved.
