The body of an infant found near the base of the Liberty Memorial in Kansas City, triggers the involvement of tennis pro, Palmer Morel, into a bizarre plot by a psycho killer to stop the plan for light rail in the city. While haunted by the love of his wheelchair-bound lover, Corky Kennedy, Morel receives the key to the baby?s death from an unlikely source. What should he do? How can he act now that he has been compromised by an illicit sexual act with his young secretary?
