In Julie Erickson's third mystery, she and true crime writer Grant Phillips attempt to help recent widow Linda Reynolds through a difficult time they've both experienced. However, during their lunch together, Linda implies that her stress is not just due to her husband's death. Someone is responsible, and her sole mission is to expose them. But she refuses to say more, insisting the issue is complicated.
