Scottie Ramone's new bakery is up and running, but she's in desperate need of an assistant. Jack Lucas, a stranger with a troubled past, has moved to town. He also happens to bake cakes that are nothing short of sublime. His qualifications make him the perfect assistant, but Dalton Braddock, the town's ranger and Scottie's longtime crush, has advised against it.
