Daughters of the Sea King

When Torin Danickson is swept overboard while out fishing, he knows he will drown and lose his soul to the Sea King. There is a soul-saving magic knit into the sweaters of his home village, but the day was hot, and Torin was not wearing his sweater. What he doesn't know is that the seal woman he once forced to marry him is watching, and the Sea King's vicious daughters want his blood.

"Daughters of the Sea King" is a stand-alone fantasy short story that happens to tell the same story as the earlier story "Cobbleshore Knit," but from a point of view so different that it almost doesn't seem like the same tale at all.
