Darkness in the Blood

After having fled mainland Europe, Ari takes her family to Briton where they serve yet another King whose tale becomes the story of legends. As the world around them continues to change, Ari must find a way to continue her rule and keep the world of man safe from the growing nation of vampires under her control. Fraught with hardship, strife, and heartbreaking disappointment, Ari must find the strength to overcome her own demons and let go the darkness in her heart. Though her 6000 year reign appears secured and never-ending, the fateful day arrives when she must face a dark truth none of the vampires descended from Lilith could have known at their creation, and find a way to survive in the aftermath.
