Hannah Sampson has traded the chill of the Colorado Rockies for the sunnier climes of the British Virgin Islands. After she reports for duty to the sleepy Tortola Police Department, the sea gives up the corpse of a murdered tourist whose wife reported him missing after a night of partying--and possible infidelity.
