Crooked Road Stalker

Ellen's life changed dramatically when her husband died. She had to learn to live for herself which would mean learn how to live a whole new way of life. Her books, her writing, and her road trips kept her motivated to not become the housebound slug she envisioned as the life she had waiting for her. She wanted to be the independent, self-sufficient, and strong female she needed to be. Perhaps her independence was going to cause her a problem; maybe her desire to accomplish all tasks without the help of others might even cost her life. Ellen yearned to meet and make new friends but a stalker? Why would a gray-haired, sixty-something, little, old lady have a stalker? How was she going to handle that problem? Could she do it alone? It couldn't possibly be anyone she knows. Or could it?
