Buck and Billy Jo are initiated into the Brotherhood of the Silver Bullet. As part of a cohesive team, the werewolf hunters fight several brutal battles with their formidable foes. One sunny April morning, Buck and Billy Jo announce that they plan to depart for beautiful British Columbia. The couple has had its fill of killing the dark demons of the night. It is time for a fresh start somewhere else. Wishing his friends all the best, Steven Cervi, the commander of the elite unit, informs Buck and Billy Jo of recent werewolf activity in their former homeland. They are persuaded to join the brotherhood for one last duel to the death with the werewolves. An unexpected situation erupts. Catastrophic consequences follow.
