City Of Sinners

The City Of Sinners is a City in terminal decline; the traffic is static and stinking on the streets with poisonous fumes; litter flies up in your face; pollution is killing people; the weather is appalling, worse than you can imagine; and law and order have broken down because of corruption. No one can be trusted, least of all the cops or the politicians. Standing almost alone are the P.I.s of the Kingdom Detective Agency, who are trying to hold back the tide, trying to return the City to some kind of decency.
