Chop Shop

Blinded by the bullet that nearly killed him, Matt Doyle, former Philadelphia Homicide detective, has gotten his life together and opened a small detective agency. Assisted by his wife Kelley, his guide dog Buster, and retired Homicide detective Ed Westphal, the agency goes quietly about the mundane task of looking for reluctant witnesses for the Public Defender's Office. Naturally, things happen. When the wife of missing truck driver Carl Prang calls and asks Matt to look into her husband's disappearance, Matt agrees, and shortly thereafter he and Kelley are entangled in the sordid affairs of a pair of junkyard operators, immersed in the underworld of drugs, stolen cars, chop shops and murder.
