Casino Qaddafi

Financial sleuth Oliver Steele is fishing for marlin in the Florida Keys when the call arrives. At a luxury villa on Tortola he gets his orders: help gambling magnate Kalestian find the fifty million dollars he needs to complete his casino in Macau. Kalestian's backer has vanished, probably because he is the illegitimate son of Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi and it is open season on relatives of the slain despot amid the chaos of the Arab Spring. Oliver's quest for the man and his money takes him to Libya, Macau and Manhattan, into bankers' offices on Wall Street and in London and down a perilous road across the Sahara to the landlocked republic of Niger.
