The Alpha Counter Terrorism Unit was created to stop threats on American soil. So far, since its inception, Manny Williams and his team had succeeded. But, while they were away in the Caymans trying to clear Manny of bogus bribery claims, disaster struck. Three U.S. capitol buildings had been bombed. Not just bombed, but destroyed by suicide bombers. Hundreds had died, thousands effected, including those in Manny's home town of Lansing, Michigan. After their hasty return, Manny, Sophie Lee, Josh Corner, Chloe Williams, and Alex Downs began the investigation of their lives. What they discover chills them to the bone. If they didn't stop the organization responsible for the U.S. attacks, the terrorists would strike again, and this time, it would shake the world to the core. The memebers of ACTU were in an all-out race against time, fearing more death and destruction was on the way, maybe even their own.
