Jackson Hunt, a former detective with the Louisville, Kentucky Police Department until being forced out 9 months ago. Hunt now offers detective services to whomever will pay his fee and right now that's the FBI. For over twenty years, females have been kidnapped and murdered all across the southern United States and the FBI is just now connecting the cases. As a consultant, Hunt is required to partner with FBI agent, Theresa Stewart. A smart, efficient workaholic that is assigned to track down the kidnapper before time runs out for the next female victim. Together, they find themselves in a difficult, emotional journey that tests their fortitude and investigative abilities.
