It's 1974 in Miami Florida. The Calhoun sisters--Xande, Yolande, and Zoe, have set up a detective agency. Xande is a hippie, Yolande an ex-Army lesbian law student, and Zoe? Well, Zoe has disappeared. Their chances of being hired seem slim, but when a young record executive bursts into their office asking for help, they are on the case like rats on a floating ship. The crime? Suicide.
