Born of the Elements

Separated from his companions by a cruel twist of fate, Lord Zen of Desmond finds himself unable to continue his search for the next Gem of Power. As he waits to begin the hunt once more, the young man turns his ttention to other, more personal matters that will push his talents and capabilities to the limit. When at last Zen is free to venture into the Frozen North, he finds the land as unforgiving as its people. Caught in the midst of a civil war, the boy who would be a mastersmith learns there is more to his heritage than even he knew. If he is to finish his quest, Zen will have to master new talents so that he can survive against those who are born of the elements.
