Leslie is getting married, although all the rigmarole associated with the process is making her wish that she wasn't. But, with all her various alien friends invited, she can hardly back out of it. The big day arrives and, surprisingly, goes off without a hitch, although Leslie can't remember most of it, due to a massive dose of nerves. However, that isn't the end of the big news. The fairy, Petals, becomes pregnant, much to Annabelle's elation. Leslie is both delighted and annoyed - the latter due to an ongoing infatuation with the beautiful Petals. But then, soon after the baby, Blossom, is born, tragedy strikes. Blossom mysteriously falls ill and no one knows how to cure her. It's up to the detecting abilities of Leslie, Frank the dog and Sings the Morning to determine the cause of the illness and to find the remedy. After that accomplishment comes the quest to discover the culprit. The chase leads to the dragon settlement and then to another world, where the disturbing shadow of an old foe greets Leslie.
