Bloodof the Dragon

Zi'ri'izi is now torn from the war between the Humans and the Dragons. We return to find Ayo does ride the current of blood controlled by the last Offspring of Cade, a Human he's very interested in. But, she's not the only one. There's also Slade, the infamous Dragon Hunter. After a 'close encounter', they discover she's no ordinary Human. When she is sent to Dynac Village, Ayo follows, knowing who she really is. When a chance injury forces Slade and Ayo to depend on each other to heal, a bond is discovered. One neither wants to break. When she is forced to watch him beaten to within an inch of his life, whew cuts her wrist open to save him, and his sanity shatters. But, the Goddess Chaka can't let him go mad, it could mean the end of Zi'ri'isi.
