Blood on the Arch

Joe Keough, St. Louis's top homicide cop, knows what it's like to stare into the face of death, to sift through the handiwork of killers. And now he'll have to do it again. A body has been found near the famous St. Louis Arch, its blood staining the monument a deep crimson. Keough hopes this will prove to be just a routine murder--but in his heart he knows it's not.

The body belongs to a political aide. He'd been running for office before someone beat him to death.
