BlackThorn

Mary Blackthorn is not a regular teenager. Sure, she attends high school but books and facts and boys are not on her mind. Mary is descended from a long line of demon hunters called Remnants. The Remnants have been charged to guard the night against any evil that might threaten the safety of all humankind.  Mary is new to her role, new to her sometimes uncontrollable power and new to the heavy responsibility that has been placed upon her young shoulders.  Will she be able to juggle the demands of high school, her Remnant training, her missions in the field and fights against the evil of the night and quite possbily a new love interest? Through it all Mary Blackthorn will have to decide whether a Remnant life is a life worth living or one she should run away from.
