About This Book

Jackson Hunt thinks he has found peace in his life since being re-united with his daughter. Once a former detective with the Louisville, Kentucky Police Department, he now works as a private investigator. As long as a client is willing to pay the fees he asks, he’s willing to look at their case. The most recent being a mysterious theft from a safe room that later turns into murder. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and an electronic payment system invented by an unidentified programmer, or group of programmers, under the name of Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin is a form of digital currency, created and held electronically. No one controls it. Bitcoins aren't printed, like dollars or euros â€" they're produced by people, and increasingly businesses, running computers all around the world, using software that can solve mathematical problems. How does the Bitcoin work? Private keys are used for transactions. A transaction is a transfer of value between Bitcoin wallets that gets included in a block chain to avoid detection. Bitcoin wallets keep a secret piece of data called a private key (a long list of numbers), which is used to sign transactions, providing a mathematical proof that they have come from the owner of the wallet.
