Belize Blues

Powerful Hurricane Kirk has just devastated the U.S. Gulf coast. Right behind Kirk, Hakim Jamali, an al-Qaeda senior operative, and his small band of committed Jihadists sweep ashore bent on causing maximum destruction to the "Great Satan." Belize Blues takes the reader from a secret nuclear facility in Pakistan, to the small Caribbean country of Belize and finally to the streets of the capital of the United States. Tom Nillson, ex-college All American football player, former U.S. Navy SEAL and recently retired Department of State Security Officer has lost the love of his life, his wife Pam. He is a shattered man, turning to a bottle to try to ease his overwhelming sorrow. Tom moves to Belize to get away from the memories. In an island in a swamp on the Belize/Mexican border he discovers Hakim and his men waiting for the opportunity to deliver their special package to the U.S. Tom's path crosses Hakim's with explosive results and the race is on as Tom works to try to convince Belize authorities and later Homeland Security and others of the severity of the evidence he has brought them. The security of the United States and its leaders is in jeopardy and Tom is the only one who can prevent the unthinkable from happening.
