Beating Hearts

Kate, a spunky filmmaker, is willing to delve as deep as is needed to uncover the truth behind rumors of human blood-slave trafficking. An interview with Nick, a vampire with a dark past, begins her journey into the shadowy underworld. Her investigation leads her to Beating Hearts, the club where Nick's entanglement with the slave trade occurred. Nick finds he can't unravel from his past, or protect Kate from the danger it causes. Together they draw on the enigmatic love they spurned in hopes to find the inner strength required to defeat Warren, a truly evil monster and the owner of Beating Hearts.
