Book 3 of the Fells Point Investigator Series Private Investigator Sam Marksman left the Federal Bureau of Investigation to create his investigative agency. His skill and technique in assisting federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as well as private citizens spreads far and wide across the nation. Investigator Marksman takes on a Social Security Fraud investigation collaborating with Secret Service Agent Melanie Gibson. Agent Gibson misconstrues that she heard and believes that Marksman made intimate advances toward her. The Federal Bureau of Investigation requests Marksman's services to uncover the person or persons laundering money by intimidation through small casinos in Las Vegas. The investigation requires that he work undercover with Special Agent Cassandra Henson posing as a married couple. The Cattlemen's Association in Austin, Texas contact Marksman to reveal the person or persons responsible for bull semen contamination. Marksman worries that his traveling puts stress on his relationship with Leona Parker.
