Joining him for his bizarre adventures are the certifiably crazy Quirk, righteously indignant Atomic Girl, and the powerfully attractive Z-Girl. Together, they run afoul of the city's worst criminal gang, run by the devilish, decapitated Doc Phantom. And with all these newbies causing trouble on the streets, what will Atomic City's greatest hero, The Green Torpedo, have to say about it? It's a chaotic ride through the finest in underground cartooning.
