Evelyn Van Deign's home is invaded by 3 dwarves and a human. When the human escapes, Evelyn hires Keefe & Church to discover the identity of the human and the source of the power he displayed. Meanwhile, both Jessica and Ernie must face their own demons when they are called upon to track Daphne Jorgensen's husband, who Daphne suspects is cheating on her.
