Ascending Darkness

The biggest name in occult television is dead. When Lucien Groner, head of the Black Magick Network, is found ritually murdered in his Parker home, the police contact magus Elizabeth Tanner to help decipher the macabre crime scene. Meanwhile, the OTS High Council instructs her to keep the Order's reputation clean, but Liz has more pressing problems of her own. Not only is she in hot water with her boss, but Mike's mother doesn't like her. She and Mike's future together hangs in the balance, and Denver's entire magickal community is on the verge of mayhem. This time, it's up to Liz to solve another murder and avert chaos before the body count rises.
