Arkansas Heat "A City Scorned"

Someone is killing local prostitutes on the City streets and all the evidence points to friend and former colleague of detective Jessica Barnes, Mr. Blaine Cooper. Blaine was found in the east end part of town unconscious with a dead female beside him and a pile of evidence. Is he really the killer or is he being set up. Follow detective Barnes as she engages on a series of twists and turns on the dead end streets of the city to see if she can help solve these murders and either help to exonerate or find more evidence that will help to convict her friend.
