An American Wizard

Are you a wizard or a witch, a master of magic? Or are you becoming a witch or becoming a wizard and you aren't sure. Would you like to live in a world of magic? With spells, a magical tree? How about an encyclopedia of spells and secrets? But, what about an evil vampire who has learned wiccan ways? And he wants your encyclopedia of magic. He knows about sorcery and the occult. He is old and has great powers. You are just learning and all you have are your friends, the ones who don't turn on you.

You want to believe, but you just can't get rid of that last bit of doubt. Jeff had that problem. The black box helped him through it. Making chocolate bars in the black box was hard, until he learned how. Then it was easy. When his best friend got killed by a giant lightning bolt, what was he to do?

Jeff attended a class with other Warlocks and learned about amulets, talismans, pentagrams and protection spells. But it wasn't enough. He needed more time, but the end was near. No more time.

Young Wizard, you won’t know what you can do until you do it. You won’t know what you can handle until you handle it. You won’t know what you can learn until you learn it. If you limit yourself today to what you were yesterday, then what you were yesterday is what you will be tomorrow. Nothing more. You came here to find out who you are and to show what you can do. Have faith in yourself -- accept these changes. You are becoming who you are."
