A Twist of Murder

The road to murder is paved with good intentions.Ice cream shop manager and amateur sleuth, Yvette Lockhart has volunteered to leave her quaint hometown of Heritage, Massachusetts, to help out at another Sundae Afternoon location, in Connecticut. Her boss is looking to her to turn the struggling shop around, but Yvette discovers that there seems to be something more going on than just having a lackluster store manager. In the midst of trying to solve problems at the shop, Yvette is confronted with a gruesome set of circumstances which culminate in her being suspected of murder.With a town full of strangers who believe that she could be a killer, and no choice but to keep going back to work, the enterprising ice cream gal takes matters into her own hands and begins a covert investigation. What Yvette discovers when she goes digging will expose a web of lies and deceit that will rock the town to its foundations.
