A Swap Between Planets

After a small UFO surveillance spaceship piloted by a robot crash lands in Nevada, NASA hires a private contractor engineer to analyze the electronics, software, and circuitry within the alien craft. After examining the spacecraft, she determines that it came from a planet named Trea. She discovers the transmitter method used to communicate from the spaceship to Planet Trea. Through a reverse engineering effort, she creates a space phone capable of communicating with Planet Trea. The revolutionary extraterrestrial communication device is sent to The Situation Room at The White House, where the president contacts the leader of Trea and discovers the planet is having an issue with global warming.
