A Song to Soothe the Restless

The ill girl asked if he was cowboy, and though he says no, Jim Sargent is much, much more. A balladeer is a man possessed by song and who is compelled to share that song. Jim Sargent is a special balladeer: he uses his possession to relieve the supernatural harms in the world.

Tonight, a girl lays on her sickbed, victim to more than a virulent virus or disease. Only Jim can help her, but he will not be able to do so alone. His talent is strong, but even he must find help in ancient spirits when standing against the greatest evil the earth has known.
