A Masquerade of Murder

This is Cassandra St. George Mystery Number 2. Prominent people are being murdered in Rome, Italy at major locations: Verano Cemetery; The bridge near the Castle of the Angel; the Milvano Bridge; an ancient theater, and; the Pantheon. Authorities are clueless about whom the murderer might be. All of the murder victims have ties to an incident at the Verano Cemetery twenty years before. Has one of the survivors set out to kill these perpetrators in acts of revenge or justice? Who killed the chief conductor of the opera? The film-maker? The pimp? The famous Madam of Rome? The Cardinal? F.B.I. Agent Cassandra St. George, Interpol Agent Zachary Ryan, Attorney Alexa St. George, Father Morgan Tyrone, and Adrian Marcos, High Commissioner for the UN Office of Human Rights, investigate and solve the murders. Equally baffled by the murders of their colleagues are leaders of the Roman underground who use the names of gods and goddesses to disguise their activities. A key witness is missing or dead.
