It's the start of the Season and Harriet Whitlow is already at her wit's end. For years the famously prim and proper young woman has rejected suitor after suitor, and now her overprotective father is determined to marry her off to a wealthy nobleman. But Harriet's heart has been taken by handsome George Clasby--a notorious rake whose reputation among the ton is tarnished almost beyond repair.
