Sid is a prankish kid who shows his playmates something he's discovered--something that's truly yucky. It's bouncy green goo! But once that goo gets on the loose, it starts bouncing all over town, scaring people, and finally, bringing out the army. The army general thinks the goo is an alien from another planet.
