      About This Book

      Writes of Mind is a book of poems and verses of today, brought about through emotional times. Becoming disabled at 47 has been hard. I had to let go of a lot that was me. Depression set in, and I started writing as an outlet. Pain, something I live with daily, has left me feeling partial. With my writing I hope to touch someone else's soul with my words to let them know they aren't alone and maybe give them some hope.
