Someone had captured the Wolf Girl of the Rio Grande.
Joel Kanturk, watching the pitiful antics of the caged girl, found that he had developed a sense of compassion. He was indescribably moved by the despairing sight of the girl who had been brought up by wolves. Could he make anything civilized of such a creature?
