When Sam takes on the missing persons case of young Allison Jackson, he soon discovers that the Diaz Cartel, run by the remorseless witch Arturo Diaz, has abducted her into the horrific world of human slave trafficking. With Jasmine’s own powers greatly diminished from her last challenge, she can be of little help as Sam tracks the desperate girl and runs afoul of Diaz and his underlings.
