Winter Wonderland

Jude is fed up. Why is it that all the men in her life treat her badly? why is it that she just can't seem to find that nice, normal bloke like her friends' boyfriends-rather than unconsciously homing in on any two-timing git in the vicinity? Even her own dad can't phone when he says he will. And the women in her life aren't much better. Well, OK, Shaunna and Mol are brilliant mates, but Jude's mum's driving her insane. Since her mum's started this college course she's been constantly hanging out with her new mates, and they're only a couple of years older than Jude is! It's just embarrassing. And when Jude runs into her at a local club, it's the last straw.
