Winds of Change

Sixteen year old, Hunter Permaine, wanders across a unmapped town where he meets a girl named Xena. The other teenagers in town call her a freak and refuse to have anything to do with her, but Hunter can't see why. On top of all that infamous criminal, J.R. Dunsworth, seems to be Xena's guardian. Well, a mystery is no good unless it can be solved so Hunter determines to figure out Xena's secret. He has to hurry, though. Someone else has his eyes set on her. Meanwhile, Max and Celeste have arrived in Kingston in order to vie for an important government position. But Celeste meets opposition in the form of a very amorous king.
