Fortunately, Hannibal is one of the Great Mystical Turtles of the Tortoissaic Period. Thanks to Hannibal's bizarre powers, Winchell finds himself time-hopping and body-morphing with baseball-playing dinosaurs, on trial for his life in a courtroom full of dancing tortoises, and fighting off bullies along with the appropriately nicknamed Bobby Plungerbutt.
