Wilderness Wanderer

In the shadow of promise, Miriam must choose to follow Yahweh or return to bondage.
 

With Egypt behind them, Miriam and the Hebrews march toward the land promised to them—a place flowing with milk and honey. But as complaints and dissatisfaction spread through the camp like wildfire, Miriam finds herself caught in the unrest.
 

Her brother Aaron leads the priests, while Moses guides the people. Though Yahweh speaks to Miriam through dreams and gifts her with songs of praise and prophecy, it isn't enough, and she longs for something more.
 

Frustration with Moses' leadership grows, and the people, weary of the unknown, choose a new leader to take them back to Egypt. Though Yahweh desires to lead them to freedom, He allows them the choice to return to their chains. Miriam must decide; will she press on in faith, or will she, too, wander in the wilderness, just shy of the promise?
