Who Is She?

Detective Sergeant Jim Broadbent was called to a country lay-by where the dead body of a young woman had been raped and her throat slit. The lack of blood at the scene indicated that she had been killed elsewhere, then her body dumped in the lay-by. No identification was found on her or near the scene.
